Nurturing You Through Life’s Greatest Transformation

Our comprehensive midwifery care package includes prenatal care
from conception to 12 weeks postpartum, always tailored to your needs.

Supporting families of all types who want to give birth in their own spaces.

Client-Led Prenatal Care

Unrushed visits allow plenty of time to get to know you, your family, and your values. With a focus on prevention,  our prenatal care involves extensive screening and preparation for the challenges that families may experience down the road in pregnancy, birth, or postpartum.

Evidence-Based Homebirth Services

We attend births at home and a local freestanding birth center between 37 and 42 weeks. Your midwife will arrive at the start of active labor will follow your cues to help labor progress smoothly while unobtrusively monitoring you and your baby. Delayed cord clamping and immediate skin-to-skin are standard at every birth. While rarely needed, we bring the same first-line emergency supplies and medication that would be used in a hospital.

Compassionate Postpartum Support

We offer 4-5 postpartum visits, including one home visit at 24-48 hours and follow-ups as needed. Postpartum visits include nursing support, screening and counseling for common postpartum challenges (e.g. mood disorders, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti), and physical assessments. We are still on-call for you 24/7 through twelve weeks postpartum.

“Rebecca is a wonderful, compassionate, and knowledgeable care provider. Her intuition paid off big time for us on my last birth! I have always felt respected, listened to, and cared for by Rebecca when it came to my pregnancies and labor and deliveries. I can’t recommend her enough and am completely thrilled and happy with my experience and care.”

About Rebecca

I firmly believe that there is a midwife for every client. If this list resonates with you, we just might be a good fit.

You value being empowered to take charge of your own health. I love providing my clients with the knowledge to make their own decisions related to all aspects of their care.
You appreciate personal experience. All four of my kids were born at home under the care of midwives, and I enjoy sharing what I know about rocking your homebirth, babywearing, cloth-diapering and more.
You like nerds. Learning new things is my favorite, and I love sharing the newest research related to pregnancy, birth, and newborn care with my clients.

If you’re worried about being seen, then lucky for you, being an introverted empath gives me an extra advantage at connecting with my clients.
Do you come from a different cultural background? You might appreciate my multicultural approach: I was born in Germany and raised in a tri-lingual/cultural household.
