Congratulations, you’re having a baby! I’m so honored to support you and your growing family during this beautiful season of transformation.

Just follow the steps below to get started. I look forward to seeing you for your first prenatal visit soon!

First, let’s get your chart filled out.  To do so, visit this link or click the button below. If you have an iPhone or Android phone, you will be prompted to download the Mobile Midwife app which is also the most convenient way to sign your initial paperwork.

Next, pay your retainer fee of $250 to reserve your spot on my calendar. As a small practice, I can only take a limited number of clients per month, so paying this fee ensures I hold space for you in your due month.

I’m happy to see you as soon as you would like, but please note that we usually can’t hear baby’s heartbeat with the doppler until you are past 10 weeks.
