Midwifery care is for everyone.
Even if a hospital birth is part of your plan (or necessary for medical reasons) you deserve personalized, unrushed midwifery care.
À La Carte Prenatal Visit
$200 fee includes:
+ Vitals
+ Fetal position/growth check
+ Listen to baby’s heartbeat
+ Discuss all questions, or concerns in depth
+ How to support your body through pregnancy (herbal, nutritional, and self-care counseling)
+ Birth and postpartum preparation
+ Lab draw, if desired (additional fees apply, contact me for lab menu)
+ PDF of prenatal notes/vitals provided for your records
Come see me at my office for a cozy prenatal visit tailored to your needs. We’ll listen to baby’s heartbeat, check your vitals, and discuss any questions you have about pregnancy, birth, or postpartum.
This is a great option if you’re traveling through the area and need a one-off prenatal.
Prenatal Care Only Package
$2500 fee includes:
+ 10-13 prenatal visits
+ Lab draws as needed/desired
+ Text/phone access for questions/concerns for the duration of your pregnancy
+ Childbirth class
+ A printed copy of your chart will be provided to you at the end of each visit
*Note that I do not go on-call and do not attend your birth with this option.
This option includes all routine prenatal visits as well as text/phone access to me for the duration of your pregnancy, as well as a third-trimester childbirth class. Perfect if you are choosing a hospital birth but still value the personalized care midwives offer.
Prenatal + Postpartum Care Package
$3500 fee includes:
+ 10-13 prenatal visits
+ Postpartum home visit (1 hr travel radius)
+ 2-4 postpartum office visits
+ Lab draws as needed/desired
+ Text/phone access for questions/concerns for the duration of your pregnancy + postpartum
+ Phone support during labor + delivery (hospital births only)
+ Childbirth class
+ A printed copy of your chart will be provided to you at the end of each visit

This option includes all routine prenatal and postpartum visits as well as text/phone access to me during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Perfect if you are choosing a hospital birth but still value the personalized care midwives offer.
What Prenatal Care Looks Like
Appointments are 30-60 minutes long, depending on how many questions you have.
You won’t feel rushed, and you will have plenty of time to discuss any concerns or questions you have regarding your pregnancy and upcoming birth. Children are very welcome at prenatals– there are quiet toys available, and kids are always included in the process (getting to help listen to the baby, etc.)
Throughout your prenatal care, we will be assessing baby’s position through palpation and measuring fundal height, assessing heart tones, and checking your vitals. We spend a lot of time focusing on holistic ways to improve pregnancy symptoms as well as preparing for labor and birth.
Care can begin as soon as you decide you want to get started– I typically recommend your first prenatal visit around 6-12 weeks, but this varies widely from family to family.
Prenatal Care Schedule
+ 6-27 weeks [every 4 weeks]
+ 28-36 weeks [every 2 weeks]
+ 37-42 [weekly]
What Postpartum Care Looks Like
Just like for OOH clients, I come to your house for the first postpartum visit. Depending on when you’re discharged, this will likely be day 2-3 of baby’s life.
Postpartum visits include:
+ weight check for baby
+ vitals/physical assessment for you
+ breastfeeding assessment
+ assessment of your emotional well-being
+ herbal recommendations as needed
+ newborn metabolic screening + congenital heart disease screening are available if you did not get these done at the hospital
Postpartum Care Schedule
+ 1-3 days – home visit
+ 5-7 days – telehealth [or office visit if desired]
+ 2 weeks – office visit
+ 4 weeks – optional office visit
+ 6 weeks – office visit
+ 12 weeks – optional office visit [PAP available]
